TRACcess ¨C A perfect system of entrance control by key administration and of information tracing

GE Interlogix has provided special management system to operational information of remote multi-point control and of tracing. The core of this system is our patent intellectual key. In the ¡°brain¡± of the key are recorded users¡¯ names, the sites visited, the valid time of using and other information. When the intellectual key is used to unlock the intellectual lock at the control point, relevant information of operation will be immediately recorded in the ¡°brain¡± of the intellectual key. The information stored in the intellectual key is transmitted to the terminal information management center through programmers and advanced audio technology, and then all the operation records will be managed.

TRACcess system has integrated key administration, passing in and out control, and operation records management. The intellectual lock of TRACcess can be independently installed. The intellectual key will provide electricity in operation, so power supply is not required in the control site, and there is no need to arrange wires to establish networks. TRACcess Intellectual Key
TRACcess intellectual key applies advanced electronic and audio technology. It is small, durable and portable. Administrators can take down information such as names of authorized users, sites of authorized visits and valid time in usage etc in the TRACcess intellectual key via programmers, and can provide every user with personal cipher protection. When passing the control site you can unlock the intellectual lock by inserting the intellectual key into the lock and inputting password. Relevant information of operation is meanwhile recorded in the intellectual key. The information stored in the TRACcess intellectual key can be transmitted to Terminal Information Management Center (TIM) via telephone line by the advanced audio modulation technology.

TRACcess computer administration system, based on Windows98/2000 operation system and SQLserver data base, is an advanced 24-hour information administration system for entrance and exit without human guardians. Various relevant information is detailedly recorded in TIM system, including the information about the intellectual key owner, information of remote entrance of the control point, and information records of passing in and out at relevant control points.
